Tada Never Falls in Love

Synopsis

In "Tada Never Falls in Love," Mitsuyoshi Tada, a second-year high school student with a passion for photography, begins a new term completely uninterested in romance. His outlook changes when he encounters Teresa Wagner, a cheerful foreigner, while taking photos beneath a cherry blossom tree. After capturing her picture, they unexpectedly cross paths two more times that same day. When Teresa is caught in a rainstorm, Tada invites her to take shelter at his family’s café. She reveals she has been separated from her companion, the stern redhead Alexandra "Alec" Magritte. Alec soon arrives, and though they leave after reuniting, Teresa and Alec surprisingly transfer into Tada’s class the following day. The newcomers quickly adapt to Koinohoshi High School and join Tada in the photography club, where they meet his quirky friends: the self-absorbed Kaoru Ijuuin, the idol devotee Hajime Sugimoto, the diligent class representative Hinako Hasegawa, and the loyal Kentarou Yamashita. With Teresa and Alec now part of his close-knit circle, Tada’s high school life grows more lively—and his feelings about love may start to shift as well.
