Synopsis

Toei Animation Co., Ltd. produced Arabian Nights: Sinbad's Adventures, with a screenplay co-written by famous artist Tezuka Osamu and novelist Kita Morio. The story begins when Sinbad and a young boy named Ali sneak aboard the ship "Boulder" as stowaways. After earning the captain's trust, they secure their roles on the vessel. Their voyage takes an unexpected turn when Princess Samir leaps onto the ship to escape a cruel minister trying to force her into marriage. Sinbad then undertakes a series of bold adventures to shield the princess, all while the tale stays filled with exciting twists reminiscent of the classic stories, including a dangerous encounter with a giant bird guarding a diamond hoard.
