Synopsis

In a realm where daring adventurers can win renown and riches by journeying into untamed territories overrun with monsters and dense forests, the secret to prosperity is the mysterious Nova Stone. This potent mineral, plentiful in those hazardous lands, bestows great wealth on those who manage to extract it. Yet the perils of the frontier are enormous, and human settlements stay safe only because of the hunters who use weapons powered by Nova Stone to fight off monstrous threats. Erika Amber, an orphan brought up by a huntress to eventually take her place, hides a secret: her elven ancestry is unknown even to herself. Seeking clues about her origins, she sets out into the wild unknown. Before departing, Erika visits Azul, the son of a fallen hunter, for a farewell. During their touching talk, Azul expresses his respect and deep love for her mentor. Unexpectedly, those emotions are mutual, and that shared tender moment will surely bring solace during Erika’s long, frigid expeditions ahead.
