Continues the story of Master of Torque 2
When the Marishi Machina suit developed by the Hyuga Corporation took control of Makina's body and sent her racing onto the new Shutoko expressway aboard an MT-07, she blacked out completely. Dan managed to stop her just in time, and with Makina riding behind him on his MT-09 Street Rally, he set off back toward the Genesis Café—only to be cut off by Hyuga Corporation chairman Mitsukuni Hyuga, who was waiting for them with a deeply unsettling look on his face. Dan braced himself for the inevitable: being forced to resign for dragging Kotaro Hyuga, the heir to the company presidency, into this whole mess. But when Makina confronts Mitsukuni about the truth behind the accident that took their parents' lives, Dan receives an order he never saw coming. Dan keeps trying to bury the trauma he suffered as a child, but Makina pushes him to seek out the truth. Sanae, the owner of the Genesis Café, seems to pick up on their troubled state and decides to take matters into her own hands. Can Dan confront his past, break free of the curse he has carried for so long, and seize his future with his own two hands? The interlocking gears of fate that drive the destinies of Dan, Makina, and Kotaro begin to turn once more, and the next chapter of their story is about to unfold...

The epilogue of Master of Torque depicts the series' characters partaking in their usual pursuits one year following the conclusion of Season 3, set at the base of Mt. Fuji.
