Synopsis
In "Bloom Into You," Yuu Koito is captivated by the idealized romance portrayed in shoujo manga and love ballads, longing for the day when her heart will truly race with genuine romantic feelings. Yet, when a junior high classmate confesses his love to her at their graduation ceremony, she feels strangely detached. It becomes apparent that while Yuu grasps romance intellectually, she struggles to connect with the emotions tied to it. Entering high school, Yuu remains preoccupied with how to respond to her admirer. One day, she encounters Touko Nanami, the flawless student council president, who handles a confession from another student with poise. Inspired by Touko’s composure, Yuu seeks her advice and is shocked when Touko reveals her own feelings toward Yuu. As Yuu finds herself drawn into Touko’s orbit, she embarks on a journey to uncover the elusive emotions of love that have remained out of reach.
