Synopsis

In the besieged Akatsuki Special Ward, where violence and greed dominate, innocent lives are caught in the relentless conflict between rival factions. Amid this chaos, a group of vigilantes called the Scard emerges, marked by divine tattoos that grant them extraordinary powers. One such hero is Eiji Arashiba, known as the Hero of Akatsuki, who fights tirelessly against encroaching enemy forces. When Eiji meets Yamato Kai, a newcomer to the district, they join forces to battle the Dusk mafia syndicate. During a fierce clash, Yamato sacrifices himself to shield Eiji from a sniper's bullet that strikes his tattoo. To save Yamato, Eiji transfers his own Scard tattoo to him, passing on the duty to defend the Akatsuki Special Ward. With Eiji's fate uncertain and the ward's future hanging by a thread, Yamato must now determine if he can harness his newfound abilities to carry on Eiji's legacy and protect those he holds dear.
