Magical Kanan

Synopsis

In the anime Magical Kanan, five hazardous "seeds" are taken from their safely guarded place in the realm of Evergreen and brought to Earth. Natsuki, an agent faithful to the Queen, is dispatched to recover these seeds but understands he requires help. He seeks out Chihaya, a middle school student considered the only appropriate partner for this mission. Together, they battle as Magical Warrior Carmine to rescue people who have been taken over by the seeds. At the same time, several puzzles surround Chihaya: her mother appears to know about these secret operations; Chihaya remembers a father who supposedly passed away before she was born; and she frequently dreams of Evergreen, a land she has never actually been to.
