Continues the story of Urotsukidoji II: Legend of the Demon Womb
In 1944 Nazi Germany, while American bombers fly toward Berlin, a grotesque Satanic ritual unfolds below—Adolf Hitler and his followers operate the monstrous Nazi Death Rape Machine to tear open the barriers between the Human World, the World of Man-Beasts, and the World of Monster Demons. Dr. Munhihausen Sr.’s lifelong project is reaching its climax: the summoning of the Overfiend. The scene shifts to modern-day Tokyo, where Munhihausen Jr. hunts for a monster powerful enough to defeat the all-powerful Overfiend. Legend states that whoever kills the Overfiend will gain eternal dominion over all three realms, so Munhihausen is resolved to slay the Overfiend and seize absolute control over every dimension. His search appears hopeless—until Nagumo’s cousin Takeaki, infused with Nagumo’s blood following an accident, starts manifesting terrifying powers. The man-beast Amano Jyaku and his sister Megumi, together with their loyal ally Kuroko, attempt to foil Munhihausen’s evil scheme. Yet nothing seems able to stop Munhihausen, the heir to a lineage of brutal tyrants, from dragging the world under his despotic rule.

Twenty-five years ago, the world met its end. When the Overfiend—the supreme deity over all gods—arrived, the realms of humans, demons, and beasts collapsed into one chaotic mass. With the assurance that he would be born in a hundred years to remake his flawed world, the Overfiend returned to slumber within his mother's womb. But a severe miscalculation has occurred... Now the Overfiend has emerged prematurely, awaiting the arrival of his destined foe, the Lord of Chaos. His sole chance for survival rests with Amano Jyaku and his sister Megumi. However, fate has taken unforeseen turns even for the Overfiend, as a new breed of hybrid demon beasts has arisen. As Amano journeys to the kingdom of Azuma to investigate the Lord of Chaos's appearance, he becomes entangled in the world-conquering ambitions of Caesar, Azuma's tyrant. Against the backdrop of a demon beast slave uprising and the return of the villainous Munhihausen, only Amano and the demon beast Buju can prevent yet another fiery annihilation. With the earth's destiny and every living being hanging in the balance, all await what the arrival of the Lord of Chaos will bring...
