Synopsis
Under the supervision and sponsorship of professional mecha designer Takayuki Yanase and other industry experts, students from the Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya branches of HAL College of Technology and Design produced a trio of web movies serving as commercials. Comprising three teams of 16 members each, including animators, artists, and effect technicians, the groups crafted their own advertisements to showcase student talent and the diverse subjects taught at HAL, ranging from game design and anime development to car design. While all teams utilized the same underlying design and narrative, each branch created a distinct commercial. The project began with each branch releasing a 16-second CM, followed by the completion of a full 39-second web movie. J-rock band MY FIRST STORY provided the music for these creations.
