Synopsis

Continues the story of The Silver Guardian

Suigin Riku is a student at the prestigious Shinryou Private Academy, a high school known for its wealthy and privileged students, but he struggles financially and works multiple part-time jobs to pay his tuition. One day at work, he jumps into a pool to save his cat even though he cannot swim, and is rescued by Rei Riku, a famous and beautiful young woman whose father is a game developer. Suigin becomes drawn to her. At the same time, he has been bonding with a mysterious girl he meets in his favorite online RPG, Dungeon Century. When the game is about to shut down, Suigin fears losing that connection. To his surprise, he discovers that Rei and his online friend are the same person. Rei then gives him a new game called Grave Buster, meant to replace Dungeon Century, but soon after, she is kidnapped. Suigin enters the world of Grave Buster to rescue her. The Silver Guardian follows Suigin's journey through Grave Buster as he searches for Rei and uncovers the hidden secrets within the game.

At the elite Shinryou Private Academy, Suigin Riku stands out because of his modest background, working several part-time jobs to pay for his schooling. An enthusiastic player of the RPG Dungeon Century, Suigin builds a close connection with an online friend through the game. His life changes dramatically when Dungeon Century shuts down, revealing that his friend is Rei Riku, a gentle girl he looks up to. Soon after this discovery, Rei gets kidnapped by Grave Buster, a recently released pay-to-win game from the same developers as Dungeon Century. To rescue Rei, Suigin enters this harsh virtual world. The second installment of The Silver Guardian focuses on Suigin’s mission to save Rei and uncover the hidden truths behind the mysterious game.
