Synopsis
Having once belonged to a wealthy family, Cheng Ke now rummages through trash looking for belongings he lost. His fury provokes a fight in which he is struck, accidentally putting him in touch with the formidable gang boss, Jiang Yudodo. By a twist of destiny, Cheng Ke becomes a tenant in an apartment that belongs to Jiang Yuduo. Because he is hopeless at managing daily chores, he grows more and more reliant on his landlord, creating an unusual connection between the two. Yet gloomy clouds hang over Cheng Ke and Jiang Yuduo alike. Tormented by their histories, they encounter ongoing dangers from hidden foes, street gang warfare, and opponents determined to destroy them. In order to stay alive, Cheng Ke and Jiang Yuduo have to rely on one another for safety.
