Synopsis

In a world where only one man exists for every 10,721 women, humanity teeters on collapse due to a severe gender imbalance. Governments enact a policy granting licenses to men, compelling them to reproduce with designated partners to restore population numbers. Takumi Ibuki, the sole male in his city, receives such a license and begins his assigned mission. He is constantly surrounded by women—whether the star athlete at his school, his childhood friend, or even his own sister. Takumi must manage these relationships while striving to save humanity from potential extinction.
