Synopsis

A thirty-year-old man who always dreamed of becoming a wizard dies suddenly and is reborn as a young boy named Shion in another world, where he lives with his caring older sister, Marie. Eager to practice magic, Shion soon discovers that this world appears to have none at all, leaving him a rather melancholic child as the years pass. However, a strange occurrence near a local lake eventually draws the interest of both siblings and reignites Shion's passion for magic. By investigating the unusual light emanating from the lake, Shion confirms the existence of magical energy, even though it is not yet usable in practice.
