Synopsis
Continues the story of Let's Go! Tamagotchi
The anime Let's Go! Tamagotchi follows the everyday adventures of Mametchi, Memetchi, Kuchipatchi, ChaMametchi, and their circle of friends. It originally premiered in Japan in December 2007, and Bandai later released an English dub online in December 2008, becoming available one week before the first film's Japanese debut.

In "Tamagotchi: The Movie," accompany your favorite Tamagotchi characters on their debut feature-length journey. On Tamagotchi Planet, renowned inventor Mametchi presents his newest invention, the Forwarding Machine. But during the initial test, the playful Kuchipatchi accidentally alters the machine, which results in a human girl named Tanpopo being transported from Earth to the Tamagotchi world. At first, she is overjoyed to meet her treasured Tamagotchi friends face-to-face, but quickly discovers she has no way to get back home. Mametchi's parents promise to construct a spaceship that will return her to the precise moment she departed, so she can spend her time with Mametchi while waiting. However, as mysterious incidents endanger the planet, Tanpopo and her friends must confront problems that go beyond just getting her safely home.
