Synopsis
In Bakutsuri Bar Hunter, elementary schooler Totta stumbles upon a peculiar fishing rod at his father’s grave. When he tries it out, he discovers it can pull "bar souls" straight from the barcodes on everyday items such as instant ramen, soda, and candy. This odd rod thrusts Totta into a realm of excitement and competition. With Potepen—a companion he fished out of a bag of potato chips—by his side, Totta sets off on a quest to capture the most powerful bar souls around.
