Synopsis
In this 2023 South Korean animated feature directed by Shin Chang-seop, contemporary researchers hunting for the fabled Goddess of the Wind from Jeju folklore are inadvertently transported back to Tamra during the 1230s. There, Yeong-deung—a girl whose fate is foretold by legend—crosses paths with Yoo-rang while escaping pirates who seek the wind spirit. When those pirates assault Tamra in an attempt to claim the world-destroying spirit, the colossal stone guardian known as Colossus emerges from a waterfall to stand against them.
