Synopsis
Sara Iijima had possessed an ample chest ever since she was a little girl, and that made her deeply uncomfortable with her own body, particularly around men who could not stop staring at her. That discomfort grew even worse after a man with a breast obsession attempted to assault her. Though she managed to escape without injury, the ordeal only deepened her self-doubt. It was Dr. Chang who finally helped her accept herself, and out of gratitude Sara became the doctor's student in psychic feedback, the same technique that had freed her from those feelings of inadequacy. Dr. Sara's own approach to therapy, however, differs greatly from Dr. Chang's. By rotating her enormous breasts in a circular motion, she can place her patients into a hypnotic state, allowing her to discover whatever troubles them and then provide the appropriate treatment. This method carries a certain danger, as Sara frequently finds herself exposed to the sexual desires of those she treats, and she must keep a firm grip on the session at all times. Sara does not work alone. Tamine, a man who has no luck whatsoever with women no matter what he does, is usually at her side. His devotion to Sara stems largely from her huge breasts, which he seizes the opportunity to fondle whenever he can, and together they assist those in need.
