Synopsis

A short film exclusively shown at the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka. This piece takes place in the enigmatic realm of "Iblard," a world conceived and painted by artist Naohisa Inoue. In the town where Nona resides, the Time Bureau monitors how its inhabitants utilize their time. The Bureau oversees those who squander time or employ it improperly. Unable to endure this situation, Nona flees his home. He encounters a mysterious woman named Ninya and takes up residence on her farm. One day, Nona acquires a star seed by trading his vegetables, and he resolves to nurture it.
