Synopsis

Continues the story of Record of Ragnarok

Once every thousand years, the gods from Greek, Norse, and Hindu mythologies convene to evaluate humanity. Disgusted by human greed, the divine assembly decides to eradicate the species. Just as the extermination order is set to be executed, Brunhilde, one of the 13 Valkyries of Valhalla, intervenes to offer humanity a last opportunity. She suggests a Ragnarök tournament in which 13 of the strongest human fighters will compete against 13 gods in individual combat. Though the gods initially mock her proposal, Brunhilde manipulates their vanity to establish a binding contract. Her objective is to assemble the most formidable champions from the previous millennium and lead them to triumph before they fall.
