Then one day, he finds out that his ID and health insurance, which he had prepared to cure his son's illness and start a new life, have been canceled. In order to restore the cancellation, he contacts a terrorist organization and heads to the Third City. After successfully completing his sniping mission to assassinate the target, Ahn meets Senator Enraque Giltare, a representative figure of the city for a certain minority and a government spokesman. The two, who seem to have no connection, had a brief encounter eight years ago, and the memory of that still lingers in Ahn's mind.
