One day, Miki, whose hobby is making dioramas, witnesses her boyfriend Hayato, who works at the same company, cheating on her. Shocked, Miki dreams of drinking tea made by a mysterious boy in the tea room of the diorama she made. Miki's heart is eased thanks to the dream, but she learns on the news that the boy who appeared in her dream has been in an accident and is currently in critical condition...!?
