James Hont, said to be the model for the James Bond films, established the 00 Academy in a rural English town with the purpose of training spies. Talented students from all over the world gather here, but among them, the most outstanding is Hana Harutaro, who enrolled from Japan. However, he's a problem child—clumsy, foolish, and an incorrigible pervert. Partnering with Harutaro is the voluptuous Romy-chan. They get involved in various incidents, which are solved through Harutaro's luck and Romy-chan's nudity. Shonen Challenge Comics, 3 volumes, only collected 11 out of 25 total chapters.
