"Aiken" can mean "beloved dog," or in our case, love that takes the form of a dog. A is the big dog who was always gave us smiles as a part of our family. Until one day when we were told that his days were numbered… Our last days together were lively yet gentle. A comic essay depicting the warm memories of a beloved dog, their life as its caretakers, and the day when they had to say goodbye.
