Futaba is a writer who lives in the middle of the countryside and who despite his 36 years has the appearance of a young man. In a meeting of former schoolmates, Futaba meets his secret love Tetsuji Ono and he asks Futaba for a small favor; his house is under renovation and he needs a place to stay with his son until it is fixed, so Futaba welcomes him without knowing that both father and son are adept at swindling, and they have drawn up a plan to leave poor Futaba penniless but something happens along the way that disrupts the plans of these two ... <br><br>
