In the world of Zhonghua Ziku, each citizen is a Chinese character, who must live according to the meaning of the character, and no singular radicals are allowed. At the Zian Hall academy, the character "Chou" is shunned and bullied because it means "ugly." One day "Chou" met the radical "Hand," who was trying to escape capture, and they decide to work together to uncover the conspiracy behind the mysterious organization Liezitang. Combined, they now form the character "Niu," and they will embark on an adventure to change the world, like the meaning of their character.
