Inside the imperial harem situated in the greatly prosperous You (Yang) Empire, there was said to be a queen named Tanki (Danji) who would give suspicious yet accurate fortune readings in exchange for confectionary. One day, Ouran (Wanglan), the third prince, pays her a visit with a request to solve an incident in the palace in which his father had been scalded by ice cold water during a cleansing ritual to ease the citizens' worries. Though Tanki and Ouran are able to solve the mystery together, another case comes unexpectedly flying in. The Chinese-styled fantasy that was previously a oneshot has received its serialization.
