Age: 25 Affiliation: Kingdom of Sammelheim Olivia is the first princess of the Kingdom of Sammelheim, a small fictional nation in Europe. She is also the "fiancée" of Hayato Kasukabe. She has slightly wavy blonde hair that reaches halfway down her face. She also wears a tall European style chef's hat when cooking. Her looks make her appear younger than she is. She is usually seen with an expressionless face. She has a relatively reserved personality on the surface, but when it comes to cooking she is highly skilled, passionate and competitive. She can also be slightly whimsical. She has the ability to speak multiple languages including Japanese, English and Spanish. She was introduced as a foreign princess and the "fiancée" of Hayato visiting the Cafe. She is on a mission to recreate a dish Sachiko Kasukabe had cooked for her mother Queen Cecilia in Spain, when the latter was on a royal visit. Sachiko had cooked for Cecilia for four days at her insistence and on the last day the meal she gave her was considered the best dish she'd had, though Sachiko claimed it was unfinished. She determined to come to Japan to help recreate that lost dish. Her "engagement" to Hayato was rather a passing comment by Sachiko to Cecila about imagining if she had a future grandson and Cecilia's had a future daughter they could get married together. This passing comment was then told to Olivia one day as a child which led to her being intrigued about it. This is used as the pretext for her visit.
