Name der Figur: Saitou Innerhalb von Sektion 9 sticht Saitou als eines der Mitglieder mit der geringsten Anzahl an cybernetischen Verbesserungen hervor. Obwohl er bei jeder automatischen Schusswaffe eine tödliche Genauigkeit und Präzision an den Tag legt, ist seine festgelegte Rolle die des taktischen Scharfschützen des Teams. Sein linkes Auge wurde durch Hawkeye ersetzt, eine Prothese, die mit Satelliten verbunden ist und Schüsse von unglaublicher Präzision ermöglicht. Darüber hinaus wird er sehr geschätzt für seine Fähigkeit, wie feindliche Scharfschützen zu denken; in zwei separaten Fällen hat seine Geschicklichkeit bei der Bestimmung von Scharfschützenpositionen die von Sektion 9 unternommenen Maßnahmen erheblich beeinflusst.
