Summary
Dr. Hou serves as the royal physician for the Arabasta royal family and holds Drum medicine in high regard. When he attempts to consult with Chopper, he becomes thoroughly confused by the reindeer's peculiar habit of insulting others in response to praise. He first appears in Chapter 213 and Episode 128.
