Mihara, Ohjiro
Summary
Ohjiro Mihara serves as the younger stepbrother to Ichiro, affectionately known as Icchan. His involvement in Angelic Layer has been extensive, largely because the hobby helped unite him and Icchan following the marriage of their parents. Competing out of Kobe, Ohjiro has established himself as a formidable rival, having claimed the title of champion in the Kansai Regional games. He also finished as the runner-up in the national tournament for two years in a row. His primary motivation for competing is a desperate need to defeat Shuko Suzuhara's angel, Athena, a goal driven by a childhood crush he held for Shuko. He commands an angel named Wizard and possesses the special ability known as Magic Guard. In the anime adaptation, Ohjiro and Misaki go on a date during episode 22, leading up to his confession in episode 23 that he is falling in love with her.
