Suou, Yuzuru
Summary
Yuzuru serves as the head of the Suou family and is the father of Tamaki. He inherits certain traits from his son, though his life was largely dictated by familial pressure. Although he was aware of his mother’s deep disdain for Tamaki, he felt powerless to change the dynamic. His sole act of defiance against his mother’s controlling wishes was refusing to sever ties with Tamaki’s mother; instead of ending the relationship entirely, he chose to divorce the woman his mother had selected for him.
