Summary
Satoshi Mizukami serves as a B-rank Shooter within the Ikoma Unit. While he shares the generally relaxed demeanor of his teammates, he remains particularly vigilant regarding the dynamics of rank battles. Although he does not hold the title of captain, he acts as the unit’s de facto tactician, constantly assessing the battlefield situation and delegating responsibilities to his comrades. During these strategic moments, he can come across as somewhat cold, grumpy, or irritable. Interestingly, the only things that seem to provoke even a brief loss of composure from him are his own personal failings.
