Summary
Nagisa Furukawa serves as the central heroine of Clannad and is the daughter of Akio and Sanae Furukawa. Although she is a senior in high school, she is actually a year older than her peers because she had to repeat her third year after being hospitalized for nine months. Her encounter with Tomoya took place on the first day of this repeated year. Known for her timid and shy demeanor, Nagisa often names foods she wishes to eat to motivate herself. She is dedicated to reviving the suspended Theater Club, yet she struggles with a lack of self-confidence regarding this goal.
