Togari
Summary
Togari is a former Hunter examiner who makes his return during the 287th Hunter Exam. He appears in the third phase of the examination, where he confronts Hisoka with the intent of taking revenge for the two scars on his face inflicted by Hisoka during the previous exam. In their battle, Togari demonstrates his significant improvement in combat skills by wielding four knives simultaneously.
