Summary
Dewey Novak, the sibling of Holland and a former lieutenant colonel, was incarcerated as retribution for the desertion committed by Holland and the SOF, a transgression for which Dewey was held accountable. His imprisonment also served to suppress the remnants of Adrock Thurston’s project. Following his release, the government elevated Dewey to the rank of colonel and placed him in command of Dominic and Anemone. Through a meticulous and intricate scheme, he successfully eroded public trust in the Sage Council and subsequently dismantled their authority.
