Summary
Marie, a central figure in Toshokan Sensou Special, is a devoted reader who has struggled with a hearing impairment since middle school. This progressive loss of hearing caused her to withdraw from social interactions, eventually leading to a complete loss of her voice. Despite her silence, she harbored a secret, long-standing admiration for Komaki. She also makes a brief cameo appearance in the film Kakumei no Tsubasa.
