Iwashita, Ritsuko
Summary
Ritsuko Iwashita is a student in Class 2-B at Fumizuki Academy and maintains a close friendship with Mayumi Kikuiri. Although she demonstrates proficiency in mathematics during Volume 1, she is swiftly bested by Mizuki Himeji. Later, in Volume 2 and the Matsuri OVA, she and Mayumi confront Akihisa Yoshii and Yuuji Sakamoto during the Summoned Being Tournament, which suffers from technical complications. Despite holding a commanding 116-point advantage over Akihisa, Ritsuko is defeated by the superior agility of his Shoukanjuu and the effective teamwork between him and Yuuji. Her Summoned Being varies significantly across different media adaptations. In the manga, it is clad in a black ninja uniform and carries a katana. The anime version features the creature in Western-style armor wielding a sword, while the Matsuri OVA depicts it with bunny ears, dressed in regular girls' clothing, and armed with a giant hammer.
