Yobou, Banka
Summary
Yobou, Banka is an Esper of an unknown level affiliated with SCHOOL. Very little is revealed about his character, but he demonstrates a ruthless nature, showing no hesitation in eliminating a fellow member who had failed rather than attempting to save him when the opportunity arose. His most striking physical trait is a metallic goggle-like apparatus that encircles his entire head like Saturn's rings, rather than simply covering his eyes. Plugs are inserted into this device all around it, with numerous cables connecting them to a machine mounted on his back. Since he relies on electronic weapons, it remains unclear whether his ESP ability lacks direct combat applications or if he possesses no ESP ability whatsoever.
