Blood Lion Marcus, a Labyrinth Owner, previously resided on the Seventh Floor of Geyser, in a location deeper than the Eighth Floor's entrance, and was active during the Great War of Geyser, to the point that humans on the surface are aware of his location and existence. After holding a dominant position on the Seventh Floor during and after the Surface/Geyser war, he eventually chose to leave for the floor below because of human interference years after the war, kicking off an intense struggle on the Eight Floor. As a ferocious, experienced and proud warrior, he's also said to frequently participate in the battles on the eighth floor, going against the common behaviour for upper and middle-floor Labyrinth Owners, and has the strength to battle equally against the chief of the Fanged Boar tribe, who is naturally of the Eighth Floor.
