Commander Red
Summary
Commander Red serves as the leader of the Red Ribbon Army. Although he projects an image of intending to conquer the world, his actual goal is to use the Dragon Balls to wish for increased height. Assistant Black overhears this revelation and argues that the Red Ribbon Army has sacrificed so much for this personal ambition rather than world domination, suggesting the risk is unnecessary and could lead to their ultimate defeat. When Red refuses to listen, Black shoots him in the head, killing him and subsequently renaming the organization the Black Ribbon Army.
