Summary
Hyō is an operative within Konoha’s ANBU and a former affiliate of the now-disbanded Foundation. Like many of his former comrades, he remains fiercely loyal to the organization’s founder, Danzō, demonstrating a level of trustworthiness that earns him the responsibility of conveying top-secret intelligence on his behalf. He first appears serving as an intermediary between Danzō and Sai, during which he reminds Sai of the Foundation’s original will and purpose. It is presumed that Hyō is actively assisting Danzō in his schemes to attain the position of Hokage.
