Nomura
Summary
Nomura acts as an accomplice to Miyo Takano, offering her assistance with the latter’s scheme. However, her loyalty is conditional; once Takano’s plans begin to falter, Nomura seizes the opportunity to mock her and exploit the ensuing chaos. She is an enigmatic figure representing "Tokyo," a clandestine organization responsible for orchestrating the massacre in Hinamizawa. The members of "Tokyo" are influential individuals drawn from high-level governmental and political circles. Among them, three key figures directly oversee operations in Hinamizawa: Kyousuke Irie, Miyo Takano, and Jirou Tomitake. To support their efforts, "Tokyo" provides Takano with a contingent of soldiers known as the Yamainu.
