Kano, Chinatsu
Summary
Chinatsu Kano is an eighteen-year-old second-year student at Eimei Senior High School who wears jersey number 10 for the girls' basketball team. Born on August 26th with blood type A, she is widely regarded as one of the most popular students at her school due to her likable demeanor and athletic skill. Although she projects a laid-back image, she harbors a secret competitive streak, often arriving at morning gym practices even earlier than her classmate Taiki Inomata. Her presence in Taiki’s life stems from her parents’ overseas work assignment; consequently, she stays with the Inomata family, a arrangement facilitated by the fact that her mother and Taiki’s mother were high school teammates. She shares Taiki’s fondness for omurice, though oyakodon remains her absolute favorite food. Known for her playful antics, she frequently surprises and startles Taiki by appearing unexpectedly behind him.
