Summary
Letty Whiterock is a seasonal youkai who manifests exclusively during the winter months. She maintains a cold demeanor toward most humans and is feared for her ability to freeze them. Her power allows her to manipulate chilliness, a skill akin to controlling winter itself. This grants her immense strength within her natural environment, but she becomes largely powerless outside of the winter season. She has stated that during warmer months, she hides in a location completely devoid of sunlight. When winter arrives, she uses her abilities to spread snow across Gensokyo.
