Summary
Joa is a legendary chef from the distant past who stood on the brink of becoming the world's first Super Cook. However, his ambition was derailed by rule-breaking and dark deeds, causing his potential for fame to vanish and leading history to intentionally suppress and bury his name. Currently, he serves as the personal chef to Darnil Kahn, the king of Jidal, and operates alongside his monarch within the secret organization NEO. He possesses unique culinary skills, being the only living individual capable of completely neutralizing the poison in a Poison Potato. Additionally, Joa holds knowledge regarding numerous exceptional ingredients, including ATOM, the phantasmal drink featured in Acacia's Full Course Menu. Because of his actions, he is regarded as the true antagonist of the Four Beast Arc.
