Summary
Suguru Teshigawara serves as the mathematics instructor at the school. A graduate of Tokyo University, he is highly intelligent, yet possesses a deeply pervverted mindset and acts as an obsessive stalker. His behavioral issues are ultimately addressed and resolved later in the story by Onizuka.
