Norimaki, Senbei
Summary
Senbei Norimaki is a 28-year-old resident of Penguin Village, known as a genius inventor with a goofy and lecherous personality capable of creating both brilliant and absurd devices. His appearance shifts to that of a taller, more handsome man whenever he becomes serious, serving as a recurring gag. He and Arale share the unusual greeting "N'Cha." After building Arale, Senbei informs the villagers that she is his younger sister.
