Summary
Clemene is a mysterious dragon affiliated with the Harmony Faction. Like many of his kind, he harbors a deep hatred for both humans and the dragons of the Chaos Faction, vowing to eliminate them entirely. After following Llulu to Earth, he attempted to kill her, prompting Kobayashi and Tohru to intervene. Despite the Harmony dragons' general oath to refrain from harming humans out of respect, Clemene punched Kobayashi, who was obstructing his path. Enraged by this violation of the code, Tohru severely beat him and wiped his memories clean.
