Satou, Kotarou
Summary
Kotarou Satou is the four-to-five-year-old protagonist who relocates to a dilapidated apartment complex, placing him next door to manga artist Shin Karino. He also attends the Star Class at Shimizu Kindergarten. Despite his young age, Kotaro possesses the mental maturity of an adult, allowing him to act with remarkable independence. A devoted fan of the cartoon Tonosaman, he frequently carries a plastic toy sword at his hip and mimics the behavior of a samurai.
