Summary
Delta is an Inner member of the Kara organization, serving as a formidable cyborg whose allegiance is strictly bound to Jigen. Despite her intense loyalty, she maintains a hostile demeanor toward her fellow Inners, displaying a general unfriendliness toward them. Her confidence in her own strength is bordering on extreme arrogance, as she firmly believes she is capable of defeating Naruto Uzumaki, a feat that ignores the obvious disparity in power between them. This hubris led her to repeatedly challenge Code to one-on-one duels throughout the series, yet Code consistently refused her requests for a fight for reasons that remain unexplained.
